| Christmas Break is coming to a close..
It's been really good... and yet, my heart is in Nashville. Even though I love my friends here, I feel like I'm just sitting around here waiting. I've been working at Caturras... again. Even tho I was so close to so many people in high school, I now feel like I can count on two hands the amount of people in Richmond I feel really close to. It's a strange feeling to be so close yet feel so distant.
I think maybe I just hate feeling useless. That's kinda how I feel here. I just have too much time to think about things that aren't God's best for me.
I guess time's.. they are a changin.

there are so many lovely people here.

| mm its nice to be home.
hanging out with friends last night, it was to see that things were still the same as usual. there were little changes: Josh and Caleb are huge now (those VMI muscles), Lindsey's hair was longer.. but for the most part, everyone seemed normal.
sad of all sads: blue mountain coffee house (mine and lindsey's favorite hangout), has been taken over by a mean arab woman who can't make coffee and all the art has been taken off the walls.
i love seeing people i miss.
i realize now there are things that i have been ignoring that i must deal with.
i guess no place is an escape anymore.

its kinda been a lucky week.
big news: I'm going to China to sing for 2 weeks in May.
medium news: I won tickets to the mutemath concert tomorrow night at their In-Store tonight.
little news: I won a free pedicure.
I would say my weekend is made.
